NHL Center C and blackouts

I am a Wings fan so I always check ahead to see when the Wings are on so I can set up a automatic tune in.
When I found that the the Wings are on Feb. 8th but they are blacked out, at least in Cincinnati, I don't understand why since Detroit is more than 250 miles from Cincy
and this is the first time they were blacked out. I checked NBC sport channel and they are not on there they are NOT playing the Columbus team either.
Does any one know who I should contact to get this fixed? thanks

wait a day or so and see if that resolves the issue. With HD RSN's being used for various RSN's sometimes the blackout thing may get out of whack
