NHL Center Ice?

Anyone know what the delay for NHL Center Ice is? Indemand came to an agreement already does CV have to come up with a separate agreement with NHL to show it?

I have the channels up in my area starting channel 415. I don't subscribe the the Center Ice Package, but noticed the game listings for tonight.

Is C* giving us the free preview of NHL Center Ice. It is available from OCT. 5th to OCT. 9th? So far I have not seen it on.
