Nice Ad Scheduling by DISH

Good job to the guys who insert ads at DISH.

While watching Monday Night Raw on USA Network tonight they had an add for a free preview weekend of HBO...

Only issue is that Free Preview happened over 2 weeks ago.

It was more than likely a screw up in USA's continuity department, in other words, they played the wrong spot. Happens a lot. Dish will certainly get make goods,

No it was an add for a Free HBO Preview on DISH Network. It was not a national ad aired by USA.
