No cable or satellite access

I'm on disability and I live in a low income apartment. The Housing Commission has canceled our Comcast bulk account because they got caught using HUD funds to pay for it illegally. Now they won't let Comcast provide us with our own service. Is this discrimination?

Its more than descrimination if comcast is the only cable provider in town and your also being denied satellite tv service. There are others here who will chime in that have better knowledge than I do but you cant be denied television service I just cant remember what its called at the moment.

I'm hoping AT&T will offer their TV service here soon.
