No LOS to local hd dish

How disappointing. The locals in Roanoke are now available in HD. But they're on 129. Installer came out to point the 61.5 dish to 129 and I don't have LOS. Aargh!

He said he would expect them to switch the sat for Roanoke HD as its a very common problem with the existing customers

Did he try any other locations other than where the 61.5 dish currently was?
