No NBATV HD on E* last night

For some reason, the NBATV HD feed was not available last night for the Pacers vs. Centics game - only the SD feed was. This is weird because the previous 2 nights, both feeds were available and I'm sure last night's game was produced in HD because it was on inHD for cable customers.
Any guesses on what happened?

HDNet had a special Mavs local feed... and that always trumps the NBA-TV HD feed the handful of times it happened this season.

TNT-HD had the great Heat/Nets game on E*.

that game was one of the best playoff games I have seen in a long time. I don't ever even watch basketball, but somehow had to watch that one
