No Phone Line?

We fulltime in a RV and just got a new 722.When i tried to activate it i get Attn. 587 to test for phone line.I called Dish and they said it could take overnight for that screen to go off.Is that possible?I've tried rebooting but nothing.We are in a RV Park with no phone lines to the rv's.Any ideas?Thanks Jim

Call back. Tell the CSR that you're in a RV and don't have a phone line and you need a "phone bypass".
Shouldn't take more than several minutes.
