No signal from Hopper sometimes when turning on

About 10% of the time, when I turn TV and satellite box (Hopper) on, the TV says no signal. If I unplug the HDMI from the sat box, and plug it back in, I get signal instantly.

Any idea what this is?

Could be an HDCP issue. Otherwise the HDMI port might be getting loose.

I have found since the CUI update, I see the same thing, unless I turn the receiver on first and then the TV. If I turn the TV on first and then the receiver, I have to turn the TV off and back on. Works then.

Same thing. The order seems to matter.
