no transfer option

on my dish anywhere app I do not have an option to transfer to a mobile device. I have called dish and they could not help me. There should be a transfer option at the bottom of the screen between "on demand" and "watchlist" according to them and it is not there. has anybody seen this before? screenshot below:

Click More>Transfers>and then select My Queue from the top(will be my video's or my queue). Also, just to verify, you do have the Hopper with Sling built in? I learned recently with this new software update, if you do not have the HWS selected, it will not give the option... took me a while to realize I was on my H2K and not my HWS.
 
No, my hopper has the sling that is connected via USB. I asked dish about that twice, if maybe my hopper didn't support the option and they assured me that it did. Also, on the app, when I click more, there is no option for transfers.
 
I suspected as much. You would think that the tech rep for dish would know that. I asked both the first girl that answered and the tech guy she transferred me to. They both said that if I had a sling and could watch live TV on my tablet then I could transfer shows. I told them both that my sling was USB. Thanks for your the help.
