No tuners available?

We have 2 tvs with a Hopper and Joey. During PTA if tv 1 is on a non PTA channel and tv2 is also on a different channel it uses up the 3 tuners. When trying to watch remotely on DRA or Dishonline you get no tuners available try agin later. I don't remember this happening with the 922, seems it would take over a tuner and the people at home would get a message saying so. Seems there should be a way to "join" a tuner like hitting the red button on the remote. Is there and I am just missing it? A lot of times there is no one home to interrupt it is just we left all the tvs on.

On the Hopper, you need a tuner not in use. On the 922 it takes tuner 2 even if it is being used.

Wish you had the option to join even if you could not change it.

Certainly seems reasonable. Hopefully that is a coming attraction.

It's my freaking Hoppers and Joeys. I don't want to "JOIN" a channel with my sling.. I want to "CONTROL" my Hopper with my sling. Not sure why they chose to not let me do that with the Hopper.. I should be able to take control whenever I want to.
