I posted this morning, not sure if in the right spot. Live in Woodcliff Lake, NJ (Bergen County). Had Voom installed yesterday with a Stealth antenna. Voom channels seem to be working fine, but I am not getting all of the OTA channels, particularly, NY channels 5,9, 11 & 13, and some seem to freeze from time to time. The installers told me to call to call Voom to tell them of the problem. They are sending a different installer out on Saturday to "upgrade". I am having problems figuring out which one will be best for me,and what guarantee do I have that he will even have that one? I will go out on a limb and say that I am the least tech oriented guy on this group, so I can use some HELP...
