Just joined the group. I have two questions. How does one change the password used to sign in.. IDirectv just installed my new HD installation a little over a month ago. There seems to be an awfull long lag time in commands to the receiver.. Anybody else experience this?

I have 23/700 DVR If I scroll the channels with up-down button on the remote it takes a long time for the channel to kick in.

No problem. We were all new at some time.

To change your password here on the forum click on the User CP near the top of a page. There you can make all kinds of changes to your profile, password etc.

If the HR23 is slow to respond, you can restart the DVR using the system menu.
