Not seeing the new Starz HD channels

I am not seeing the following with the new HD channels:
Starz Comedy HD (Ch. 354)
Starz Edge HD (Ch. 352)
Starz Kids & Family HD (Ch. 356)
Starz West HD (Ch. 351)

Receiver is a ViP722 with no locks.
The above do not even show in the "All Channels"guide.

Any clues?

They were uplinked "Available/Hidden from Non-Subscribers" If you don't sub to 'em you won't see 'em.

And if you do subscribe unplug your receiver and plug it back in after a 1 minute.

Why uplink them as "Available/Hidden from Non-Subscribers".
You would think that seeing them in the "All Channel" guide might sell the programs vs hiding them.

I do see Starz HD in ch 9435 in the "All CH" guide.
