Note 3 Lollipop update

Anyone know what happened to the menu when you hit the menu button? All it does now it shrink the home screen and bring up wallpapers, widgets, and home screen settings. How do I get to my phone settings?

Bar on top me thinks..at least ok on galaxy s 6

You should see a little pencil or gear..gear brings up traditional settings

I don't have a pencil. I hit the menu butt.on and it should come up with a menu to select settings but it doesn't

This is what makes me leary of installing this update.

I was also told that new text message notifications no longer give you a preview of who the message is from.

I have Go SMS Pro, so that doesn't matter to me.

I finally did the update last night. I like how much faster it runs and it looks like it increased my battery life too. I do not like the color scheme though.
