OTHER NX-5500 HD

I recently found at swap meet a fta receiver labeled ASTV USA Noolix NX-5500 HD. It seems to boot up and front panel says START but I cannot with front panel or remote control get it to do anything. Would anyone have a user manual for it or point me to somewhere that nay have one and or a software upgrade for it. Thanks drjohn
