As Garys pointed out your 322 has no OTA tuner, but it can pass OTA signal through to the digital tuner on your TV when it is turned off.

Put a splitter in the line from your antenna and run one line to each TV, you need to use a splitter in reverse on the remote TV to join the 322 RF feed with the antena feed and at the TV where the 322 is located you can either do the same or plug the OTA signal into the RF input on the TV and feed the 322 to the TV with composite or S-video.
