So if I buy a new Hopper 3 etc, is it fine just to scrap the two 222's and one 722 I have?

Hello Jdt. At this time, we do not require you to send back your 222 or 722 receivers, and you're welcome to dispose of them properly once you have upgraded to the Hopper system. You can go to Request Rejected to find a recycling center near you.

You can continue to use the 211 for an Outdoors account, or you can recycle it as well.
