On Demand episodes only available on web client

I searched On Demand for madam secretary. When using the web client I find 3 episodes available. When I search on the Hopper, No episodes available, When I search from Android Dish Anywhere app, No episodes available.

Why would On Demand episodes only be available thru the web client?

Dish usually does not have prime time shows on demand.

There are definitely different offerings online then through the recceiver, as online offers most the OD content through HULU

NBC is on Demand. I was shocked that ABC wasn't added as an On Demand service with the new Disney deal. I can understand why CBS & FOX isn't on Demand even though the FOX Now APP (xbox 360) can be authenicated through having DISH service .

Is it possible the ABC shows OD could show up on ABC Family?
