I find it interesting that on two DVDs that I own, "Charlie Brown's Christmas Tales" and "Jack Frost and Other Christmas Favorites" sometimes the content will play without going to the menus once I put it in, but when I press the menu button, as long as I have 4K resolution selected on my 4K Blu-ray player settings, nothing is highlighted and I can't select anything, but if I go to the settings menu on my player if I change the resolution to 1080p or lower, the menus work just fine. Even the times when the discs don't go directly to the content the menus face the same issue. I'm not saying that this is a problem to me or anything so I don't need any advice. I'm simply saying it's interesting. Has anybody else faced this issue on any type of physical media? I'm curious.
