Once again, My Teams not right. Any Work-arounds?

My Teams is a really neat feature that Directv has offered for at least 5 or 6 years. However, it has a major flaw that has not been fixed even though I have been complaining to them forever. Basically the problem is that it will record your team's game on the first channel that it comes to in the grid. That's ok if you live in Boston but never works if you live in San Francisco; where of course, I live. The problem is that all the sports channels that most of the teams are on are located between 600 and 700. Because mine are 696 and 698 that means my team's home station is never recorded unless I do it manually. If I don't I have to watch the other team's broadcast. No thanks.

Has anyone come up with a work-around that addresses this?

What team are you trying to record?

Try setting up a Boolean search instead.

Just leave it alone and let it do its thing, it will eventually pick up additional games.

I too am stuck it Lions territory AND worse, shared with the BROWNS ... so I get Both those teams every week ....
