They are upgrading my r15 to an r16, my d11 to a d12, and my two h20s to h21s. Are the r16 and d12 actually compatible with swm?

Of course my 2 h21s, my hr21, and my two r22s are compatible...

Yes they are.

That is the reason they are upgrading the r-15 and d-11 so that they are compatiable with swim.
