Haven't cooked with my Orion since before my house smoked... I have a 4.5 lb pork roast in Apple Cider vinegar for a cook tomorrow, also have a beef rib rack I'm going to put rub on this afternoon for same cook.

Smoked a batch of Jerky Saturday Mesquite Chips, no liquid in drip pan, cooked 1:15. Really good smoke taste & flavor.
Smoked salmon fillets on bottom rack with bacon & brown sugar on top. Jerky on the upper racks. Cooked 1:05 Hickory with a few mesquite chips.
Did 2 jerky cooks yesterday with mesquite chips plus put 2 steaks on lower grill and let cook with what coals were left for 1:30...
