Maybe an old question.

Does any Charter receiver have a connector for an antenna. The local Charter person said, no.

I pay Charter for HDTV but they do not get the local digital or HD channels, just analog.

I can get them with an antenna but I only have a HDTV monitor, no tuner.

I had DirecTV & it had a connector for an antenna. I though it was an FCC mandate for sat & cable to provide a tuner for local antenna when they did not get the locals HD or digital signals.

Any help?

that is the first i heard that the satcasters and cablecos had to provide you with anything , except a signal. and a bill. LOL!!

you do have a connection, go buy an antenna, get a run of coax and screw it into the coax port of your monitor. cant get HD ? go buy a tuner, why would dish or directv or comcrap have to provide you with a signal they are not providing. that is exactly one of the things that drug VOOM under.
