Is there a good digital converter box that has DVR capabilities?

TiVo series 3 &4, DTV PAL DVR out of production, Magnavox MDR515H. All could be found by searching this forum or using Google.

You might even look at at one of those older pcs that you can pick up cheap and put a tuner card in it. If it has Vista or Win 7 it'll have MCE and if XP you can use something like media portal.

If you don't care about HD there are hard drive dvd burners that can do DVR functionality with OTA
