This is a bug that's been ongoing through the last couple of cycles (wild guess on my part is that it has to do with guide data changes). I'm currently NR-only (due to the NR release this week). Given that everyone is going to need to rescan tonight or tomorrow, and that a new CE is due tonight, thought it's a good idea to check in on this one.
To replicate (NOTE: YOU WILL LOSE YOUR OTA networks until you revert to NR, or this is fixed in CE):
1) re-initialize OTA
2) scan for primary network
Result: a blank blue screen or no response at all, only way out is RBR or unplug.
Is some enterprising soul willing to test? Friday is a good day to do this, as you can easily revert to the NR for a small time, and re-upgrade to CE later on.
