Ota Signal Trouble

I have a 5x16 multiswitch with three D** receivers. On the receiver farthest from the multiswitch HD channels come in perfect with no dropping or breakup. On the receiver closest to the multiswitch I can only get 2 HD channels consistently. I have multiple cables ran to that TV and have switched them numerous times does not help. I don't understand why on 1 TV I get perfect reception and on another it is not very good at all. Any suggestions would be appreciated. As far as I am concerned my setup is ok or else I would have problems on the TV that gets the channels perfectly.
