I know I'm not brave enough to try this, but I'll simply ask out of curiosity. (Common sense tells me "no" but I'll press on.). I'm wondering if one could "move" by going into your online account. Then retype your billing address to where you want to "move" to. Click "same as billing address". Then unclick "same as billing address". Then change your billing address back to your actual address?" I'm curious on that.

I don't think it was ever same as billing address. I thought it was "same as service address" and service address was grayed out so you could see it but not edit it. So you could make your billing address the same as the service address, but you couldn't make the service address the same as the billing address.

Thinking back, I believe Zippy is quite correct. Back when I used to change our service address while traveling using chat or a phone call, I always had to check my account afterwards to make sure the CSR hadn't inadvertently changed my billing address as well despite my request that they not. Fixing it was easy enough though. Using the MyDish app now took care of that problem.

Sorry about that. I guess what happened is me not going to my account in a while in combination with a lack of sleep for a couple of days.
