Out of Market HD Locals for RV Users

One of my HD units is for my RV. In the past American Direct thru Dish was giving me local HD channels for use when I left the Tallahassee locals footprint. I was getting Chicago and Los Angeles up until January 2011 and since then I only get the NYC and San Francisco SD locals. Since American Direct can't provide me HD locals when I am on the road, IS DISH GOING TO GIVE OFFER THEM TO ME IN THE FUTURE? It's getting near to football season and when I travel to the out of town Florida State games I sure hope Dish allows me to watch my other football games in HD and also the World Series if I am traveling away from Tallahassee in October. It was so very nice last year. Any thoughts or knowledge on this subject would be appreciated. Thanks.
