I'am Not Getting An Quality From My Box. I Have Two ,one Works Great,the Other Works But Not Recieving Any Quality,i Know Its Not The Setting Or Position Of The Dish Cause The Other One Works Fine. Any Help Would Be Great. Thanks . :d

What firmware versions are you using?
Do you still have warranty?

What programming are you trying to receive?

Check your LNBF and Diseqc switch settings. When all else fails try factory default and rescan.
