Parental Locks Help Needed

I could slap myself. I don't know what I pushed, but my Parental Controls are locked and I can't get into the menus. Yesterday when I turned my receiver on the locks were on (even though I didn't turn the locks on) so I put in my four digit code 0000 (real original huh?) and the locks went away.

This afternoon when I got home the locks were back on (even though I didn't turn them back on), but this time my "secret" code 0000 wouldn't work and I can't get into the menus. When I press "VOOM" then the "GREEN" button I get the menu with the locals, CC, Favorites, Locks, etc..., but if I press the "GREEN" button again to access the System Settings (like if I want to get into the Installers Menu to scan local channels) the Parental Locks box comes up asking for the 4 digit code, so I can't get into the system settings because the locks says my 4 digit code is wrong.

So how do I get rid of the Parental Locks so that I can access the System Settings menu.

if 0000 won't work you will have to call voom and have them reset the code

Thanks I called and it took a couple tries, but we got working. I'm just glad it happend befor the shutdown.

Now make sure to remove the pin altogether.

Yep, that was the first thing I did was to remove the PIN. Thanks.
