is there a high definition feed for pbs create?. my local pbs station really compresses it as the video is just awful. The shows that are broadcast are not that old so it would have been filmed. i am tired of my local crappy PBS station on how poor their signal looks. I have tried to e-mail and they never respond. Never had any luck calling them as they just give me the run around. I will be filing a complaint with the FCC about the picture quality and lack of HDTV they are supposed to be airing. I think all the viewer contributions go right into someone's pocket rather for the station. I have a spare 90cm dish so maybe there is a "secret" HD feed for Create.

There may be a feed at 125w 12180 v 30000.
87w has PBS feeds from Louisiana. There might be one there too.
I don't watch much PBS but I think 12180 has one.

PBS create is NOT in HD on FTA. It is 704x480 on both 125w and 87w.

Go for Create SD on LPB at 87W. Though SD, its quality is pretty good. It would be an improvement over what you currently receive.

The FCC doesn't regulate picture quality in the way you're thinking, nor do they require anything to be in HD.
