PBS on 125 W

I'm seeing slates on PBS saying:

"All down links should move to AMC-21 at 125 WL as soon as possible.
PBS operations will cease on AMC-3 on NOV 30, 2008."

I'm seeing this on PBS NPS2.

Anyone have more info on this?
