According to the filing, subsidiary Pegasus Satellite had 1.085 million subscribers as of June 2, a net decrease of 69,862 from the number of subscribers as of Dec. 31. The filing also stated that Pegasus had a "Quality First" strategy that contributed to a $6.10 increase in the average monthly revenue generated per subscriber (ARPU), a number that grew to $59.92 as of June 2 from $53.82 as of June 30, 2003.

I am nots ure what that Quality First strategy is. perhaps they are fighting to hold on to the subs paying the most.
