Philips DSR704, How can you keep the Tivo from recording on channels I don't get?

I have the Philips DSR704, How can you keep the Tivo from recording on channels I don't get?

I've only had my DirectTivo unit a few days but its annoying when its tries to record a Tivo Suggestion on a channel that I don't pay for... How do I get around that to make TIVO know what channels I get?

Also, on the Guide, when I press Info I can choose 'YOU RECEIVE' on the channels but then it still seems to show ALL the channels, including ones I don't receive/pay for.? Am i misinterpreting it.

Other than that I love the tivo so far...

You need to update the channels you receive list.
It's in messages and setup.
