Just traded in my original Hopper for a Hopper 3. Having two problems, one is Netflix when it loses the WiFi signal it reboots the Hopper...is this normal?

The other problem is when I first turn it on the screen displays the Pioneer tv menu guide and says input 6 which is is HDMI on my Pioneer remote. Then to get out of that screen I have to press enter on the Pioneer remote. This shouldn't happen. What to do?

Do you have HDMI-CEC turned on in the Hopper? You can go into the settings menu and disable it on the new Hopper 3.

I have a Hopper with Sling and have had mine freeze and occasionally reset when I was having internet connectivity issues.
