Pioneer VSX D510

I have a Pioneer VSX D510 that only has 1 coax and 1 optical input for surround. I want to get all my components to come out with digital surround sound without having to go out and by another tuner. Is there any kind of an adapter that can run two or three components into one of the inputs? Is there such a thing?
