PIP no longer working on 722k

Well the pip on my 722k has stopped working completely. I've tried soft reboot and still no good. I then tried hard reboot still no good anyone else having the problem or do I need to get a replacement. And yes the lights on the remote are working even switch batteries & my UHF remote too.

Unless some how a ghost changed it I am. That was it only thing I can think of is when we had an update it changed some how. That was really weird. Glad you mentioned it.Thanks.

I've seen dish updates do some strange sh*t.

With the receiver active, check first two lights, this will tell you which mode you are in. Banner states it as well. The mode button is on front of receiver next to the power number. Let us know.
