Pixelating RSN

Is it normal for the HD feed of the local RSN to pixelate and skip audio? This happens to me all the time on the part time Fox Sports West HD feed. It only seems to affect the part time RSN channels. Very annoying and I often have to switch to the SD feed to be able to watch it. Any fixes?

most common cause for pixelation is signal strength issues, especially if you are watching live tv. it will also cause pixelation when playing back recorded shows to but this can also because by a hard drive going bad.

I have noticed Fox Sports South losing audio during Braves' games.

then that is more and likely on the broadcaster.
I know in my area there is one local station that constantly drops out for what ever reason.
