I don't see it. Then again, I also don't have an "offers" tab. I have a "preferred customer offer" tab which shows previous contracts I signed.
It's under "My Programming" in the "Offers" tab.
I also have an offer for HBO for $10 or HBO/Cinemax for $10. Why would anyone get just HBO when they can get both for the same price?

I didn't threaten- I actually had a disconnect scheduled. It wasn't until I realized I could cut $15 per month by changing receivers that I decided to stay.

Hmm. I see it in my offers. I rarely look in there, I guess I should once in a while just to see what's there.
Since this is a family friendly forum, I must censure my comment, but I would agree for such programming, I'd want the clarity that is provided in High Definition.
I think many consider HD to be the de facto standard resolution these days, and subsequently refer to SD as low definition.
