Please help with my move to Dish Plan.......What would you do?

I am going to order Dish to replace Comcast. I am doing my pre order due diligence and would appreciate any advice/opinions you fine SAT Guys can offer. Here is my sign up plan so far.

I was looking at Top 200-250 plus HBO SHO, but thanks to this site I now know I’ll be ordering AEP and soon. (By 1/16/13)

I have 3 HD TV’s and need DVR on 2. I will have a 4th HDTV wDVR before my 2 yr contract ends. I will get a Slingbox. I would like 2 Hoppers and a Joey, and will happily pay the $99 extra VS. the 1H 2J’s that is SOP for 3 TV’s.

I have seen it mentioned that I should order for 5 TV’s to get two hoppers and “change my mind” on install day and just accept the 2 hoppers and 1 Joey from the installer. I would sooo prefer not to have to resort to this method. Any thoughts on a better way to make this happen?

You may not be able to use the referral and still get the Gift Card, or Dish may reduce it by $50.00. I am not totally sure so you may want to check it out beforehand.
