Pocket Dish and AV500

I was curious what is the difference between the two. It seems that the AV500 is much more flexible than the PocketDish 500E 30GB version

I see at Amazon.com J&R is selling it for about 450, and if you don't live in NY, no sales tax

Just want to know what the advantage would be with one over the other

Well, the PocketDish lets you download content via USB from a E* receiver, and the AV500 doesn't.
