Possible to cancel Shaw Direct Installation?

Few hours ago I signed up for the Shaw Direct service, my installation date is this Tuesday (December 3) but the reviews of their 360 HDPVR freaked me out! Is it still possible for me to cancel the installation without being charged a penalty? I didn't sign up for any programming yet and went on a rental plan for their receivers.

Also, just how bad is their 630 HD PVR? Does anyone own/rent one that works okay?

I've had a 630 for over 3.5 yrs, works fine. no major issues, rare lost recording.

I have had my 630 for about a month and a half. Works great! I wish I could group recordings (same show, different episode) in folders, but other than that I don't have any complaints. Not a complaint, actually. Just a suggestion for better organization of the PVR recordings.
