I need to get 5 reciever total because I have roomates. Thus I will be paying for 3 HD recievers. Will I own these or do I have to return them? Also if I am paying money for them, I shouldnt have to settle for anything less than the HR24/H24 correct?

In regards to the HR24-No promise that you will get HR24's

Those who have really wanted the HR 24s (like myself) have purchase/lease through other retail sites

if you want 24's I would order through Solid Signal. Same national promos and discounts are available but you will get 24's installed from these guys. If they aren't local for your specific location they can contract it out to someone that is local for you.

Another option is to call your local retailer and see if they can install the HR24/H24s. Directv does not guarantee HR24/H24s and they can install whatever they have available.
