I went to a customers house last night and the VIP 722k receiver, Number 1 tuner,would not come out of standby by pressing "select" or power/on off, using the remote. It would come out of standby by pressing "select" on the front face plate, and all remote functions would work after the receiver powered up from standby. There is no issue with the select button on remote,works ever time after receiver is on....
any one else seeing this problem??
