Pricing confusion and connections?

Okay I am considering going with Dishes HD DVR but help me by explaining all the monthly fees. Here are 2 set ups I am considering:
One 622 and one 211 (all leased if possible)
OR
Two 622's (leased if possible).
What will my monthly bill be with these set ups and the Dish Platinum package with locals?

Is it possible to lease two 622's?
Can two 622's be connected to each other to share DVR material? What about a 622 and a 211 or 411?

You can lease a 622 and a 211, but not two 622's. They can not be connected together.
