Problem Deleting Several Recordings from HWS

Once in a blue moon I delete some of my recorded programs from my HWS DVR to save space. With several recorded programs I have been unable to access and or delete them. This has been an issue for about a year. I have been hoping a software update would fix this issue but never has. On a whim I decided to try and access these problem recordings using the Dish Anywhere App on my iPad. Low and behold I was able to access and delete all them using the app.

I'm guessing in all that time your receiver has restarted usually that can be a fix. However if you have not done so unplug it to do a hard reset. Great idea to access from the app!

I haven't had to do that since my 722/Sling Adapter days, when recordings disappeared off the 722 entirely (but were still there).

I had that happen on mine a few years ago and I think it was through the DA app that I was finally able to delete them
