Problem ordering the Big Fight...

I can't seem to be able to order the De La Hoya fight w/ my remote. I went channel 123 and i get a message saying "check phone line." The phone line has always been connected to my HD/DVR. I even tried ordering it online and when I try to purchase it, it says my reciever is not connected to the phone line...what's going on?:confused:

Have you ever ordered PPV before? When I used to have D* you would have to call and have them activate it (PPV) the first time before the box would allow remote ordering...if you have not ordered ppv before you may need to just give them a call. I've had to do this even with a phone line hooked up (I don't know why).

have you ever been able to order PPV through the remote? If so, what maybe has happened is the access card is full, and the phone line was disconnected without you knowing. Best thing to do is call customer service a call, and have them do a callback on the receiver. If this is the case, don't be surprised to see past PPV charges to show up on your bill
