Problem Ordering VOD

Can someone from DIRT message me regarding a problem I'm having when ordering VOD? I don't see anyone showing up online at the moment. When I try to place the order it gives me a message saying the maximum purchase limit on the receiver has been reached (error 363).

Dish does limit how much you can order in a month although I don't remember the limit $ amount. You may be able to make a payment now to reduce that amount owed and be able to order again.

Well the weird thing about it is we haven't ordered any PPV in months.

Check your purchases page vs you mydish.com billing page, there may be some clue to your problem between the two.

This problem has been taken care of thanks to maryb@dish. Receiver needed to call out and clear order history.
