PROBLEM WITH JOEY

Have a Dish 3 with one Joey since January 2020. The following problem occurs at least 2X month, can someone give me suggestions on how to fix it:
The Joey TV screen scrambles in broken up pixels. The only way to currently fix it is to turn it off and reboot the Dish3 receiver, then all works fine. The cable connections are good, jiggling any cable while this is happening changes nothing. Hope to find some answers. Thanks

Do you have an OTA adapter? Look through the posts here there are posts that may help.

I was in the middle of something so couldn't look at first but this thread may help....

I I have had this system for just about a month and there was an update to the system on 12/18 and since then on 3 different occasions all of the joey's will just glitch freeze and sort of buffer all at the same time either watching live TV or something on DVR. the hopper is rock solid when the...

If you have the OTA adapter, try tuning to an OTA channel on the Joey for a minute or so until the pixelation quits. Then return to whatever channel you originally wanted.

This idea is not original to me but seems to work.
