Problem with Joeys?

Has anyone had a problem with Joey functionality? I've had issues at times with being able to view the guide, change the channel, etc. I can only watch the channel that is currently being watched, and I've noticed it only seemed to happen when Primetime Anytime is enabled. I've since disabled that feature, but is anyone else having this problem?

Haven't noticed those symptoms, but I did have to call and get DISH to reauthorize one of existing joey units, after I added another joey I got Thursday. They both showed on my account ,but the older one lost authorization.
